WESTMINSTER — A man accused of threatening to kill schoolchildren and the president pleaded guilty Wednesday.
Mitchell Kenneth Kusick of Westminster has been held since last year on a federal charge of threats against a president.
His guilty plea was part of an plea agreement with federal prosecutors. As part of the plea agreement, he was sentenced to the nine months he’s already served and got three years of supervised probation.
