Colorado-based announced Wednesday that it will replace Ritz-Carlton Management Co. as the manager and operator of the former Ritz-Carlton Club-Bachelor Gulch on Nov. 1.

Timbers Resorts said the residence club will be renamed and added as the 13th property to the Timbers Collection.
