People across the country have been thrilled to be part of a national multimedia public art project on immigration, and now Denver gets a chance to participate.

Photo booth trucks for the project, , will arrive at the Voorhies Memorial at Civic Center Park at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, remaining there through 2 p.m. Photos taken in the booths will contribute to the new work by artist JR, who for those who want to change the world.

Inside Out/11M creates a portrait of American immigrants and descendants of immigrants — the diverse faces of America — from black-and-white portraits of people show up in towns across the country to be photographed.

In Denver, art installations will be assembled from the photos of men, women and children taken in other cities on the tour, and people can get photographed to add their images to the national art project.
