In 2009, the Shins’ and producer teamed up to release a self-titled album under the name . After four years the two have gotten back together, and today released a teaser for the new album “After the Disco.”
Accompanied by funk-glam clip of music, Mercer and Danger Mouse wander around some sort of Area-51-type of expanse. The teaser ends with the words January 2014, which is when the album will be released.
Broken Bells confirmed that the album is out early next year on Twitter.
