Pilot, 2 medical workers die in West Tennessee helicopter crash
A medical helicopter on a mission to transport a sick child crashed in a wooded, rural area in West Tennessee on Tuesday morning, killing a pilot and two medical workers aboard, officials said.The crash occurred near Somerville in Fayette County, about 50 miles east of Memphis.
