An 18-year-old man has been charged with first- degree murder in the shooting death of a man in a Denver apartment.
Tyree D. Bowen is being held without bond in the Denver jail, according to a news release from the Denver district attorney’s office.
Bowen allegedly shot 27-year-old Vincente Penaloza in the early-morning hours of Oct. 19 in an apartment in the Lowry Heights complex in the 8000 block of East 12th Avenue.
Bowen was taken into custody Sunday.
