• Because of a reporting error, the results of Sedgwick County voting on the issue of secession were mischaracterized in a story that appeared Wednesday on Page 4A. About 57 percent of ballots were cast against the 51st State Initiative.
• Because of a reporting error, a business story on Page 17A on Tuesday gave the wrong location for the Comcast Media Center, which is in Centennial. Also, an editing error mislocated the Russian city of Sochi in one of the story’s photo captions.
