Getting your player ready...

Saturday-Sunday. If the thought of thousands of reptiles, amphibians, and spiders under a single roof makes you want to run and hide, you’re clearly not the target demo for Repticon. The family-oriented expo is returning to Colorado with an array of reptile and exotic-animal enthusiasts offering educational and conservation seminars, live demonstrations, merchandise and more. Of course, you don’t have to interact with the live animals at the hands-on “Snakes Alive!” presentation, for example, but there’s a good chance your kids will feel differently. 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 16 and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 17 at Arapahoe County Fairgrounds, 25690 E. Quincy Ave. in Aurora. $10 for adults, $5 for ages 5-12, free for children under 5. .
