Out with the old, in with the LED
Home Depot is encouraging consumers to recycle their old incandescent Christmas lights, working or broken, and receive a $3 to $5 discount coupon for LED Christmas lights. Deal is on through Nov. 17; with a limit of five per customer. (Stores will continue to recycle lights through December, but there are just two days left to receive coupons.) LED holiday lights are 80 percent more energy-efficient than incandescent lights.
