WINNER:

Alice M. Zrebiec, curator of textiles at the Denver Art Museum. Zrebiec oversaw the opening of the new in May. The textile art complex occupies more than 8,000 square feet on the sixth floor of the museum’s North Building. “,” says Denver Post fine arts critic Ray Rinaldi.

HONORABLE MENTION:

was named program director for Colorado Public Radio’s classical music service in 2013. She is one of the on-air hosts, with a smooth, soft delivery. But we’re recognizing her for work with , a program she co-founded in Colorado in 2011 and that took off in 2013. El Sistema, which , aims to empower children through music.
