WINNERS:
Dick Celeste, former Colorado College president, and Chris Jenkins of the Nor’wood Development Group, the driving forces behind the effort
as part of the in Colorado Springs. In December, the Colorado Economic Development Commission awarded the city $120.5 million in state tax incentives for the project, made available through the Regional Tourism Act. The museum will have an outdoor Olympic torch, 20,000 square feet of exhibition space, a theater, and a special events area.
