• Because of a reporter’s error, the date of death for Leslye Lewis Page Cheek Mundy was incorrect in a story appearing on page 6C in Style section on Feb. 13. Mundy died in 2003.
• Because of a reporter’s error, a story on page 2B Sunday incorrectly stated which agency requires 50 percent of federal grant funds allocated in response to flooding be spent on low- to moderate-income households. It should have said the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
