Stevie Marie Vigil was on Monday for giving parolee Evan Ebel the gun he used to kill Tom Clements, Colorado’s prisons chief, and Nathan Leon, a pizza delivery driver.
Prosecutors were seeking a six-year sentence for Vigil, but U.S. District Judge Christine M. Arguello said she would not go beyond the 21 to 27 months called for in sentencing guidelines.
Leon’s father said afterward that the sentence was too lenient.
