How politicians are using YouTube to skirt campaign finance laws
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell posted an awkward video on YouTube Tuesday. The Kentucky Republican, who faces primary and general election challengers who are more competitive than usual, put up a 2:22 minute video of himself.
