Centura Health and Middle Park Medical Center are entering into a management agreement June 1.
The Kremmling Memorial Hospital District’s board will keep its governance over the hospital, but it will operate under the direction of a chief executive employed by Centura.
Staff at Middle Park, a 25-bed critical-access hospital, will receive support from Centura to bolster clinical and educational services for residents of rural Grand, Jackson and northern Summit counties, officials said in a statement this week.
