1 iPad tracker. A woman went to the home of a person whom she suspected stole her iPad and called police April 30. The iPad had a tracking application that led the woman to the home in the 12100 block of East Ford Avenue. The suspect said she bought the iPad from two strangers.

2 Attempted gas theft. Police were called to the 19100 block of East Wyoming Place after a man saw that someone tried to siphon gas from his fuel tank April 27. Police saw that the gas cap was missing and a garden hose was hanging from the tank.

3 Sore loser. A man threw a rock through a friend’s living room window after losing a game of cards there April 26. The suspect ran away from the house in the 700 block of North Scranton Street and police could not find him.

4 Delayed camping trip. A man went to retrieve his camper from a storage business at 16451 E. Second Ave. on April 26 and discovered someone stole two generators that were attached to the outside of the trailer. There are no suspects.

5 Puppy thieves. After returning to his new home in the 17500 block of Buchanan Place, a man could not find his 7-month-old dog, which he said he locked in the bedroom April 25. Police noticed that the bedroom window was ajar, and there were glove prints on the sill. They could not find the dog.

6 Slow to react. A suspicious man walked out of another man’s backyard in the 3100 block of North Tucson Street. The resident watched the man get into a car with a large object and drive away April 25. Later, the man noticed his pressure washer and aim compressor were missing from the backyard.
