Denver police are on the scene of an accident where a pedestrian has been hit by a car.
The accident is on the corner of Alameda Avenue and Broadway. One lane at Bannock Street and Alameda Avenue has been closed, police reported.
The accident happened about 5:45 p.m. The pedestrian is believed to have serious injuries, according to the department’s Twitter account.
