A man accused of firing several gunshots outside the home of a University of Colorado student in Boulder in 2011 pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment, but more serious charges were dropped.
Aaron Ross Hartman was 24 and a student at Colorado State University — during which no one was injured — happened.
Ross received a deferred sentence in May 2012, court records say.
Prosecutors dismissed charges against Ross of using a weapon recklessly and using a weapon while drunk.
Prosecutors moved to dismiss the case in November 2013 after Hartman completed the deferred sentence.
