Shortly after playing a pre- set at Illegal Pete’s on South Broadway, grabbed a snare drum, an acoustic guitar and attached a mic to a twig to perform “Sweet Revenge” for us in a front lawn. The band is prepping the release of its debut full-length album on Denver indie label Greater Than Collective. Ark Life plays the Hi-Dive at 11 p.m. on July 26.
