1 Assault reported.On Aug. 23, Englewood police officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Englewood Parkwaywhere a man reported he was assaulted by a man in a wheelchair who goes by the name “Widowmaker,” who hit the victim with a collapsible baton and threw it in a nearby lake. “Widowmaker” was arrested.
2 Shoplifting with meth. On Aug. 23, Englewood police officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Englewood Parkway where a woman had run out of the store on foot with merchandise. She was found with a syringe with methamphetamine and arrested.
3 Driver is trouble. On Aug. 22, Englewood police officers were dispatched to the area of South Broadway and West Lehow Avenue where a man had driven through the scene of a fatal accident and, when found by officers, he backed into a police car and had to be forcibly removed from his vehicle.
4 Arson fire. On Aug. 22, Englewood police officers and firefighters responded to the 700 block of West Nassau Way where it was believed a man have may started a structure fire after a falling out with his brother.
5 Drunk and fighting. On July 20, a Littleton police officer went to the 5800 block of South Prince Street where two men were assaulted. One of the men was arrested for violating a protection order.
6 Protection order violated. On July 20, a Littleton police officer wentto the 2000 block of West Belleview Avenuewhere a woman who had been dropped off by her boyfriend and had no way to get home was arrested for violating a protection order barring her from drinking.
