Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, one of the earliest ski resorts in the country to open its slopes each year, announced Thursday that it has begun making snow.
“Snowmaking for the 14-15 season has begun!” the resort said in a tweet.
The ski resort has not said when it will open, though storms earlier this week did cover the area with a light blanket of snow.
