“Resort Rescue” on Travel Channel, Host Shane Green offers advice to Almont (CO) Resort Owner Harold Seiff, left, and bar manager Josh Davis.

Travel Channel’s series has its eye on the down at the heels in Almont, CO, on the Gunnison River. They call the hour “Heart Attack Hotel.”

The episode, premiering Oct. 21, finds Shane Green and team helping the 120-year-old family-owned resort bounce back from neglect. Hidden cameras catch hotel employees and bartenders doing a less than stellar job at hospitality. Debriefing the owners afterward, he shows them why their resort is falling apart.

When Green learns about the owner’s past heart attack, he realizes “there’s much more at stake than just the fate of the Almont Resort.”
