The El Paso County Coroner’s Office has identified the woman in Colorado Springs on Wednesday afternoon.
Dawn Trettenero, 41, died in what is being called an “industrial accident.”
Trettenero died at an industrial loading yard where she worked.
Colorado Springs Police, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating the Trettenero’s death.
