Denver police are responding to a collision involving a bicycle and a dump truck, officials said.
Serious injuries were suffered in the accident, police said.
The department said the collision happened at 21st Avenue and Franklin Street.
Police said 21st Avenue has been closed from Franklin Street to Gilpin Street.
