1 Boyfriend arrested for domestic violence. On Oct. 5, Englewood police officers responded to the 3700 block of South Sherman Street where a woman said her boyfriend had beat her with a collapsible baton and threatened to kill her with a knife. He was arrested.

2 Shoplifting trouble. On Oct. 4, Englewood police officers responded to the 600 block of Englewood Parkway where a man was caught leaving without paying for an item and was found with drug paraphernalia, blank checks that didn’t belong to him and heroin.

3 Armed robber gets away. On Oct. 3, Englewood police officers responded to the 800 block of West Hampden Avenue where a man held up a store manager with a revolver and stole a $100 bill and the manager’s cellphone. He was not caught.

4 Disobeying while drunk. On Sept. 26, a Littleton police officer was dispatched to Main Street and South Santa Fe Drive where a woman was pulled over for drunken driving. A male passenger had to be physically restrained and was uncooperative with officers.

5 Protection order. On Sept. 8, a Littleton police officer approached a man in the parking lot of Colorado Fabrics,2777 W. Belleview Ave., who was having a hard time keeping his balance. He had a protection order against him drinking or possessing alcohol.

6 Shifty neighbor. On Sept. 7, a Littleton police officer was dispatched to the 3000 block of West Prentice Avenue where a woman thought her neighbor had broken into her apartment and stole some of her amphetamine medication. The neighbor denied doing so.
