Your story about a woman who received sperm for insemination from the wrong donor raises a very interesting issue about the liability of a sperm bank to deliver what was ordered, and to acknowledge their error after the resulting pregnancy and birth reveal it. But why do you find it necessary to emphasize in the headline that the mom was a lesbian in a same-sex marriage? The issue of sperm bank liability to a prospective mother has nothing to do with whether the recipient is gay or straight.
