1 Bush cut out of home’s garden. A woman called Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies on Oct. 4 after she found a bush had been cut out of her garden in the 4300 block of South Eldridge Street in the Morrison area. The woman said during the summer that some branches were cut off the bush and she did not know who did it. She said her family did not have a quarrel with anyone else in the neighborhood.
2 Man finds strange vehicle in driveway. On Oct. 5, a man called deputies after he found a car parked in his driveway and on the sidewalk in the 10900 block of West Walker Drive in the Littleton area. The man said he contacted a man in the car who told him the car was dead. When he asked the man to move the car, he did not reply. Officers searched for the man and had the car towed.
3 Disturbance reported. On Oct. 4, deputies went to the 9100 block of West Cross Avenue in the Littleton area where they learned there had been an altercation between two men. One man said they had been drinking and one of the women with them began to vomit, so he took her into the bathroom. The woman’s boyfriend then came in and the first man left. The first man then heard a thud and thought the boyfriend had hit the woman. He went in and pulled the man out. The woman said she was not hit and none of the parties pressed charges.
4 Loud banging heard at apartment. A deputy responded to a report of loud banging Oct. 3 at an apartment in the 6500 block of South Arbutus Circle in the Littleton area. The parties involved said they would keep quiet.
