A 59-year-old woman who shot and killed a home intruder Sunday will not be charged, according to the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
The District Attorney’s Office ruled the death of 32-year-old Eduardo Gonzalez-Ortiz as justified.
Investigators said the woman was awakened by the sounds of someone breaking into her home in the 2900 block of West Colorado Avenue just after midnight Sunday.
