DENVER (AP) — The Colorado State Patrol says one of seven people injured in a crash during a Denver street race has died.
The Denver Post reported Monday (http://tinyurl.com/q9pye96 ) 27-year-old Rachel Neiman died on Thursday.
Investigators say Neiman was in a Nissan Altima that was struck head-on by a Volvo that was apparently racing a motorcycle.
All four people in the Altima were injured. Authorities say the driver of the Volvo and two passengers in that vehicle were also injured.
The State Patrol says the collision is still under investigation. No charges have been filed.
