A pedestrian died early Friday morning when he was hit by a vehicle south of Colorado Springs. The driver fled the scene.
The hit-and-run fatality, which was reported at 4 a.m., happened on Colorado 115, according to the State Patrol.
The victim was identified Friday evening as 39-year-old Kennon Stephens of Colorado Springs.
