1 Gas station reports man with paper towel over face. On Nov. 19, Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies responded to Quincy’s Bar, 14011 W. Quincy Ave. in the Morrison area, where a man entered the bar that evening and asked the bartender for a paper towel. The man then left the bar and drove across the way to a gas station and put the paper towel over his face before going in. A gas station worker reported the incident.

2 Woman’s window broken for third time this year. A woman called deputies on Nov. 16 after a window was broken in her home in the 10200 block of West Fair Avenue in the Littleton area. The frame was also damaged. The woman said it was the third time this year someone had broken her window. The woman said she would likely install a security camera to “catch the crooks.”

3 Goodwill receives prank call about dynamite. On Nov. 22, the manager of Goodwill, 6710 S. Pierce St., Columbine (Littleton), called deputies after someone called the store and said there was dynamite on the roof. The manager believed it to be a crank call and estimated the caller’s age at 10-13. There was no way to determine the number of the person calling as the store did not have caller ID.

4 Woman reports harassing texts. A deputy went to a home in the 6800 block of South Webster Street, Columbine (Littleton)
after a woman called deputies Nov. 14 to report that her ex-boyfriend had been sending harassing texts. After reading the texts, the deputy determined no charges would be filed, but called the ex-boyfriend and told him to stop contacting the woman.
