Good news, not single people. It’s Dec. 8 and your Valentine’s Day plans have already been made for you. Why not spend Feb. 14 with your date and the romantic indie-gypsy-rock of at the ? I mean, DeVotchKa’s Nick Urata even composed the score for “Crazy Stupid Love.” You can’t go wrong with this — the movie has Ryan Gosling in it.
Today the band announced it will return for another hometown show on everyone’s favorite/least favorite holiday.

Cupid must be a DeVotchKa fan. The renowned Denver four-piece burned up the sheets for Valentine’s Day on Friday night in front of a celebratory sold-out crowd. It was the second run of a spirited trifecta at the storied Mercury Cafe. The “Merc” reveled in the V-Day mischief and helped ratchet up the romance with a maze of red lights and sexy frill strung from the rafters.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Dec. 13 and cost $25-$30.
