A hit and run involving a car versus a pedestrian took place Sunday night in Denver at Sheridan Boulevard and 17th Avenue, officials said.
The pedestrian was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Denver Police Department said in a 9:17 p.m. tweet.
According to police, the vehicle involved is an older, red pickup truck.
