When last performed in Denver, iPods were still four years away, Bill Clinton hadn’t yet faced impeachment proceedings and people who are becoming adults this year were being born. Yep, it was 1997, the world was a totally different place and Brooks was touring in support of his seventh studio album, “Sevens.”

Now, 18 years later, Brooks has announced a return to Denver in support of his ninth studio album, “Man Against Machine.” Brooks plays Denver’s Pepsi Center on March 20-21 with Trisha Yearwood.

Tickets cost $66.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. on Jan. 16.
