The Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued a Senior Alert Thursday night for Hulan Winsett. A 78-year-old white male with long and short-term memory loss that requires medication, Winsett was last seen at about 1 p.m. at his residence at 1281 Stoney Hill Drive in Fort Collins.
Officials said Winsett failed to show up for a 2:30 p.m. appointment.
Winsett is described as 5-foot-7, 212 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a khaki colored light jacket, yellow long sleeve t-shirt, blue jeans, Brooks tennis shoes and glasses.
Winsett is believed to be driving a 2005 silver Jeep Grand Cherokee, Colorado plate: 918TRR.
