A bicyclist was seriously injured early Thursday in Denver after being struck by a vehicle, police said.
The collision happened near the intersection of Broadway and Iowa Avenue.
Police announced the collision in a tweet posted at about 5:30 a.m.
Police say the cyclist was taken to a hospital. Officials did not immediately release further details in the collision.
Officials the person riding a bike was a juvenile girl and that she hit her head in the collision.
