Good news for fans of The Cooper Lounge, the stylish mezzanine-level bar in Denver’s refurbished : It has just launched a daylong dining service. The menu was created by chef Lon Symensma of , a modern Asian-style restaurant just a few blocks away.
The menu will be available daily. A buffet-style continental breakfast ($15 per guest) will be served from 7 a.m.-10 a.m. Midday service runs 10:30-3:30 a.m., and dinner is served 4 p.m.-10 p.m.
Lunch sounds intriguing. It costs $18 for one guest or $34 for two, with a three-tiered platter including lobster rolls and deviled egg salad sandwiches, plus a meat-and-cheese selection.
Dinner options include Wagyu steak tartare, a foie gras terrine, Caesar salad, cheeses and deserts, including bananas Foster.
And oh yes, tasty adult beverages.
