Wyoming (25-9) was awarded the No. 12 seed in the East Regional and will play Friday in Seattle against No. 5 seed Northern Iowa (30-3).
CSU has a No. 29 official NCAA RPI and is No. 30 currently by some media outlets). Since the NCAA Tournament since the bracket was expanded to 68 teams in 2011 no team with an RPI under 30 had failed to get in. .
