
1 Drinks all around. A man who was fired from his job at the Zepher Lounge, 11940 E. Colfax Ave., came in to collect his last paycheck March 2. He bought three beers and then ordered a dozen shots for the entire bar before sneaking out the back door and not paying his $112 tab.
2 Trailer disappears overnight. A man called police March 1 to report that someone stole his flatbed trailer while it was parked in front of his home in the 1100 block of South Oakland Street. The lock for the trailer hitch was also taken. There are no suspects.
3 Failed heist. Store security at the King Soopers at 4271 S. Buckley Road saw two women load a shopping cart full of food and leave the store Feb. 28. The suspects stopped to load the cart with snow brushes from an exterior display, and security came outside. They left their cart and got away in a nearby car.
4 Front door tagging. Police were called to the 1700 block of North Eisenhower Way because a man woke up to find the words “Blood Gang” spray painted in thick black letters across the front of his home Feb. 27. There are no suspects.
5 No change of clothes. A man’s post workout clothes and wallet were stolen from his locker at the 24 Hour Fitness at 4100 S. Parker Road on March 3. The man brought his own lock for the locker, but that was gone, too.
6 Missing grasshopper decorations. A woman called police to her home in the 17300 block of East Adriatic Drive because someone stole her grasshopper-shaped planting pots and bird feeder from her yard Feb. 25. There are no suspects.
