A 37-year-old Breckenridge man — two 14-year-olds and a 10-year-old — last month in Summit County has been indicted on 16 counts, including attempted first-degree murder.

One of the 14-year-old girls was stabbed and critically injured in the alleged attack, authorities say.

Sky Johan Wodraska is in the March 7 incident at the . Prosecutors say at least two of the girls were daughters of a woman with whom Wodraska once had a relationship.

The Fifth Judicial District Attorney’s Office announced the grand jury’s charges, which were handed down April 1, in a news release issued Wednesday.

Wodraska appeared in court Monday for an advisement hearing.

7News reported that Wodraska was arrested in June and accused of sexually assaulting the same 14-year-old who was critically injured.

Summit County prosecutors dismissed the sex assault charge and allowed Wodraska to plead guilty to misdemeanor child abuse in November. He was sentenced to two years of probation March 4, three days before the alleged attack.

“We can all play Monday-morning quarterback, and we can all look back and say ‘should have, would have, could have,'” District Attorney Bruce Brown told the television station. “But at the moment, I’m most focused on bringing this case to justice.”

Wodraska is accused of using burglary tools to break into the home of his former girlfriend and binding and gagging the 10-year-old girl.

He then stabbed one of the 14-year-olds in the back, neck and hand, officials said. The other 14-year-old girl escaped.

The indictment also includes charges of first-degree assault, first-degree burglary, second-degree kidnapping and child abuse.

Wodraska is next due in court on April 13.
