Family Fun “Rapunzel” gives Phamaly a chance to let down its hair

Saturday-Sunday Denver’s award-winning Phamaly Theater Company, which is composed entirely of performers with disabilities, is going wide — really wide — for its latest production. In “Rapunzel,” the troupe not only takes a witty, musical look at everyone’s favorite tower-dwelling long-hair (staged with the attention spans of kiddos in mind), it’s continuing its cross-state ambitions by taking the production to Cheyenne next month. Before then, Coloradans can see it at Boulder’s Dairy Center for the Arts at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. April 18, and 2 p.m. April 19 ($10-$15), Greeley’s Union Colony Civic Center on April 27 ($5), and the Broomfield Auditorium on May 2 ($15). Call 303-444-7328 or visit for full details of all shows. John Wenzel
