Boulder’s SurveyGizmo, a company that develops online survey software, has expanded internationally by opening an office in London, officials announced Tuesday.
The London site will be the second office for , which employs 70 people at its headquarters site at 4888 Pearl East Circle in Boulder.
The United Kingdom office, which will start as a one-person operation, will provide support and training services during hours when SurveyGizmo’s Boulder office is closed, officials said.
“Our customers’ success is hugely important to us, and we want to ensure that our support team is available on their schedules,” Christian Vanek, SurveyGizmo’s chief executive officer and co-founder, said in a statement. “Over 42 percent of the people who use SurveyGizmo are located outside the U.S., so expanding our support presence to the international domain is a crucial next step.”
SurveyGizmo’s software is used to create 11,000 surveys and collect 3.1 million responses each week.
