Getting your player ready...
In a year when Coloradans aren’t finding enough homes on the market, it’s no surprise that there’s very little resale inventory in Broomfield’s master-planned community Anthem Colorado now – however, Anthem’s four prestigious homebuilders have been working hard to bring homes to market this spring. Today, you can not only explore Anthem Colorado’s 22 parks, 48 miles of trails, 735 acres of open space, and two 32,000-square-foot recreation centers, but also six rare homes that’ll be ready to deliver soon.
That includes two that Richmond American Homes has set for early move-in in Anthem Highlands – including an Alcott ranch with four bedrooms, three baths and a study; around 3,200 square feet finished, with a gourmet kitchen with granite tops and stainless appliances, including a five-burner gas cooktop. There’s an added bedroom/bath and recreation space in the basement; and it’s priced at $506,804. Richmond American’s Drew Conerly notes that buyers always comment on how many residents they see walking the trails and using Anthem Colorado’s two, world-class community recreation centers. “This neighborhood is phenomenal,” adds Standard Pacific Homes’ John Golly, who has four move-in-ready homes to show you – including a Gallery 4-bedroom, 3-bath home with two outdoor living spaces, extended hardwood floors, a special project room and 3-car garage, at $590,203. And you can tour homes in Anthem Highlands by Ryland Homes; as well as Toll Brothers Homes’ spacious, all-ranch models in age-55-plus Anthem Ranch, now showing sites from its final two phases. Anthem Ranch residents have their own community center with indoor and outdoor pools, a running track, outdoor amphitheater, and loads of clubs and events that draw overwhelming participation by homeowners. What do you do if you can’t find a home at Anthem Colorado for early move-in? Pick a plan and meet with Anthem’s builders to plan a home built around your needs, says Ryland’s Matt Bond. “We’re permitting our sites well ahead to keep the completion times favorable,” he notes. Meanwhile, adds Toll Brothers sales manager Melanie McKenna, there are advantages to planning out your move -choosing a site and working with designers on options. She adds that builders can arrange opportunities to visit the rec centers or attend special events, to meet neighbors and get the vibe of the community. You’ll also experience a near-ideal commuter location — ten minutes from U.S. 36/Interlocken, 25 minutes from downtown Denver, 15 minutes from Boulder, 25 minutes from DIA via 470.
