Colorado-based general contractors Bryan Construction Inc. and Drahota are combining their operations, officials announced Friday.

Drahota, based in Fort Collins and Steamboat Springs, will become part of an operating group of Colorado Springs-based Bryan Construction. Drahota then will conduct business as Drahota — A Bryan Construction Company, officials said.

Bryan Construction will maintain its brand and continue to operate from its Colorado Springs headquarters and Denver office, officials said. Bryan Construction also has a Fort Collins location.

Combined, the two firms have 120 employees across the four Colorado offices.

The merger will allow the combined company to expand its services to Wyoming, officials said.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
