A man killed early Sunday after a fatal hit-and-run accident that followed a bar fight has been identified as Armando Rodriguez-Uribe.

The 34-year-old Uribe was taken by ambulance to Denver Health Medical Center l after he was struck by a pickup truck near West Kentucky Avenue and South Perry Street, according to a Denver Medical Examiner news release.

Uribe was pronounced dead at the hospital. An autopsy determined he died of blunt force injuries, the medical examiner said.

Denver police reported Sunday that one man was killed and another was injured when they were near the intersection. They had been involved in a bar fight, and one of the participants appeared to intentionally run over them, the police reported.

The second hit-and-run victim was treated and released at the hospital.

Witnesses said the suspect was driving a dark pickup truck.
