1 King Sooper’s streaker nabbed. Using surveillance video and a license plate number, police tracked down a 26-year-old man who ran naked through King Soopers at 12350 W. 64th Ave. in Arvada on May 4. Located at his parents’ house, the man told police he did it on a whim to overcome shyness issues. He received a ticket for indecent exposure.

2 Pit bull attacks. The owner of a tan and white pit bull was issued an aggressive animal summons May 2 after the dog ran out of an open door and attacked a beagle/terrier mix in the 8300 block of Benton Way, Arvada.

3 Police cuff combative citizen. Police responding to a 911 hang-up call May 3 handcuffed a man in the 5200 block of Carr Street in Arvada after he became combative with officers following a domestic dispute. He was released and issued a summons for interference with police.

4 Rock ends brawl. A scuffle over money and alcohol near West 64th Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard in Arvada ended May 4 when the male suspect picked up a landscaping rock and bashed his opponent in the face. He was arrested on a felony assault charge.

5 Petty theft. A man was issued a summons for petty theft May 6 after leaving with a tool transport cart that was not paid for from Home Depot, 5215 Wadsworth Blvd., Arvada.

6 Car thief eludes police. A warrant was issued May 3 for a man who fled from police after being caught in a shoplifting scheme and driving a stolen Chrysler 300 sedan at Kohl’s, 15680 W. 64th Ave., Arvada.
