Jefferson County authorities are searching for two suspects they say broke into a woman’s car at Red Rocks Park last month and stole a watch, iPad and purse containing cash and credit cards.
The county sheriff’s office says the duo — a man and a woman — used the credit cards to make purchases totaling over $500.
The car was broken into sometime between May 24 and 25 at the park’s lower parking lot, the sheriff’s office says. Authorities released surveillance photos of the suspects on Monday.
Anyone with information about the suspects or their crimes is asked to call the sheriff’s office tip line at 303-271-5612.
