Ingredients
1 heirloom tomato, chopped
4 quartered and roasted radishes
1 tablespoon chopped dill
2 cups mixed local baby greens
½ sliced spring onion
1 ounce Colorado goat cheese, crumbled
5 springs micro borage
3 tablespoons fire-roasted green chile vinaigrette (See .)
Directions
Toss first five ingredients in a serving plate. Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese and top with the borage. Dress with the green chile vinaigrette.
