Imagine this: Two teams come out onto a less-than-ideal field to play a very competitive game. There is no chest thumping, no debilitating fouls, no virulent screaming, no theatrics, no brawn over brain. Instead, a well-played, competitive, skillful and wonderfully intricate game of soccer ensues. And this game entertains the largest-ever American TV viewing crowd in the history of soccer. Go figure!
