Defense attorney Daniel King in the Aurora theater shooting trial makes his closing argument in the last and final sentencing phase of the trial. King assured the jury that the defense would not appeal the jury’s decision and apologized to the victims saying that they were sorry if anything they did caused them pain. King added that he hoped the victims would find some measure of peace coming out of the trial.
